So I got my pasta machine out and finally made some homemade pasta. Trevor and I made filled ravioli and when I realized there was still a quarter of the dough remaining, so I made some fettucine and dried it. The ravioli were yummy with an artichoke filling. This weekend I will cook the dried noodles and see how it goes. Next I want to make lemon pasta!

This is also something I've been wanting to do.I wonder how difficult to make the whole wheat pasta ? I should get myself a machine.Nice looking pastas you've made ! Pretty.
