Such a great city - I loved Ottawa. Even though it was cold and dreary I still had the chance to run along the Rideau River and the Canal. The shops were wonderful and there were too many choices for restaurants.
I loved the Byward Market - fresh veggies and great shops.
Kim and Sarah took us to the Manx Pub on Elgin St. The tulips were still in bloom.Here is a pic of a great kitchen wares store that I loved.

Mmmm...the Manx is one of my favourite restaurants! Great choice! Glad you had a great weekend, they do fly by....we will catch up when I am moved to NS! :)

I flew out to Ottawa last July to stay for a few days. It was gorgeous weather and so much to do and see. Love it there ! I especially enjoyed the street markets.
